The Fair Acres Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program is a unique leadership opportunity designed for young adults entering 8th or 9th grade who are ready to take the next step in their camp journey! The program was created as a “level up” for our oldest former campers, this program offers a meaningful introduction to what it takes to be a camp counselor, while still keeping good ole camp fun at its core. CITs will work alongside our experienced lead CIT Director to support daily camp activities, assist with supervision, and serve as positive role models for younger campers. Participants gain valuable experience while building confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills!
